How to Use:

The Schwarzkopf Igora Royal Highlifts Permanent Highlift Color Creme 12-1 Special Blonde Cendré 60ml is ideal for hair bases between levels 6 and 8. Mix it with the Schwarzkopf Igora Royal Oil Developer with a 1:2 ratio. Then, immediately apply to dry hair with generous quantities. Do not shampoo beforehand.
