Welcome to Prokare. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed, shipped, and delivered within India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. Orders are delivered to serviceable pin codes as per our logistics partners’ coverage.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
- As we operate on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers or our warehouses depending on the stock availability.
In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing time may extend. Customers will be notified accordingly.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Charge
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will be displayed before order confirmation.
We reserve the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to
- Natural calamities.
- Government restrictions.
- Courier or logistics issues.
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
7. Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability may not be eligible for free re-shipment.
- Additional shipping charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
8. Damaged or missing parcel
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the package and products
We will investigate with our supplier and courier partner and offer a resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Undelivereed & returned orders
If an order is returned to the origin due to customer refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect details:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges
- Re-shipment may incur additional charges
10. Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability. In such cases, customers will receive multiple tracking updates.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory actions.
12. Policy Updates
Prokare reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
