Politique d'expédition
a) How long will it take for my order to reach me?
As we maintain an inventory of all products we sell on our website, you can rest assured that the product will be dispatched within 12 hours of placing your order. We aspire to get your product delivered to your doorstep within 2-3 working days in express delivery and 4-5 working days in normal prepaid delivery but at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer depending on natural calamities or situation beyond our control. Rest assured in normal circumstances the products are delivered as mentioned above depending on delivery method chosen while placing the order.
Overseas shipping usually takes 8-10 days depending upon the country and region. We use shipping services of FedEx, DHL and other couriers depending on country of dispatch.
b) Is it possible to track my order?
As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall email you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can log in to the “My Account” section of the website to view your order details. Also the delivery companies shoots a WhatsApp message on registered cell phone number with all required information.
c) What are the shipping charges?
There will be an additional charge for Shipping depending on the method chosen while checkout. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing the order. The price of courier can increase depending on the weight of items purchased. Cash on delivery orders have an additional fee.
International Shipping fee is higher than India domestic courier. The shipping charges are visible while checkout process before making the final payment.
d) What time of day will my order be delivered?
Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse. The comfortable time to receive the parcel can be communicated to the delivery person while he/she call before attempting the delivery.
e) Do you ship to international locations?
Yes we do ship to international locations, the shipping charges varies from one region to another, Currently we are shipping to mostly all nations and priority delivery is for neighboring countries namely "Bangladesh", "Bhutan", Maldives" "Nepal" "Pakistan" & "Sri Lanka" as per actuals and the local taxes and customs clearance is at clients/buyers end.
Rest of world shipping rates are also mentioned while checkout.
f) Do you offer cash on delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery payment mode. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. Kindly note that there might be additional cost to cash on delivery as many courier charges additional fee on COD collection, to avoid additional COD fee we strongly advise patrons to use prepaid facility while check out. Currently we do not accept cash on delivery orders outside India, all international orders have to be prepaid.
g) How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
Debit cards & UPI
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards. We also accepts Paytm, Gpay & Phone pay including UPI payments.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
h) Why is COD not available to me?
The cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, the COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, the COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card/Paytm/UPI.
